Warranty
Surface Movement:
The natural characters of timbers respond to the environment in which it’s placed. Due to the Australian climate and conditions, surface movement may occur. As such, any movement, splitting, cracking or joint separation is NOT included in Warranty.
A Tradie or a restorer can fix this. Please get in touch if you need assistance.
You won’t find a unique piece without some kind of character, which is exactly why we love using natural solid timbers, recycled materials and cast iron. Hence, natural wear and tear, patina and other changes may occur with time.
Please note surface movement is not warranted and falls under maintenance. Any damage from contact with water or liquid will also be void of warranty.
Structural Integrity:
A one-year warranty from the date of purchase covers the construction and frame of our timber and cast iron products.
Please note: Surface cracks / splits / expansion, natural uneven timber surface elements and character and any other movement of timber is NOT included in our warranty.
We do not offer any warranty on fabric or linen items.
