Delivery

Access

Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entryways and staircases. If goods are unable to be delivered due to access, the customer is liable to pay for return shipping back to the warehouse. Customers must also be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the driver. If for any reason goods have to left at front door, Crank Furniture is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods thereafter.

Delivery Service

We provide standard delivery service via our third-party shipping providers.
Our service includes:

  1. A two-hour delivery window the day of delivery
  2. Assembly of item if required at an additional cost
  3. Rubbish / packaging removal at an additional cost

Our online store offers Australia wide shipping excluding NT.

If you are unable to generate a shipping quote at the checkout, please contact our Sales team who will provide a custom delivery quote.

Customers are responsible for providing Crank Furniture with the correct delivery address, email and phone number relating to the order. We are unable to offer warehouse pickup or showroom collection.

Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. Total shipping fees can be viewed on the final checkout page.

Orders with multiple lead times will be delivered together once all products are in stock. If you would prefer to pay additional shipping to split your deliveries, please contact us.

Product lead times differ per product and act as a guide. Delays in product due date will be communicated if outside the estimated bracket.

Once your items are ready for delivery, we will contact you to book in a delivery time.
Please note that dispatch timeframes may be delayed by up to 3 weeks during festive and / or sale periods. 

If you miss your delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee. You must accept delivery or collect your goods within 14 days of availability notification or Crank Furniture may charge storage fees per week.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not refund, return, or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection (as supported by Australian Consumer Law). 

All our products is quality controlled, however should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault.

All custom / sale / discounted special ordered items are final sale, and are not liable for return, refund, or exchange.

We are unable to refund or provide credit due to inadequate access to your property so please ensure the items will fit in your lift/doorway/stairwells before purchasing.

Product sold as ex-display from the showroom floor are sold on a “Final Sale” basis. Returns, refund, exchanges, or warranty for “As- is”, “Display Stock” or “Warehouse Sale” product will not be accepted under any circumstance.
