Terms & Conditions

  1. All goods remain the property of Crank Furniture until paid for in full.
  2. All Custom Orders / Made to Measure Order require a 50% deposit.
  3. Outstanding balance on goods must be paid in full prior to delivery.
  4. Lead times for orders may apply. Lead-timeare estimates only and could be subject to change.
  5. We do not refund, return or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection (as supported by Australia Consumer Law)
  6. Custom and Made to Measure orders cannot be amended or cancelled.
  7. All custom / special ordered items are final sale and are not liable for return, refund or exchange
  8. Orders with multiple lead times will be delivered together once all products are in stock
  9. There will be differences in grain / colour / stain / finish from what you see on our website for both timber and fabric.
  10. For technical reasons it is not possible to guarantee a perfect colour match between samples and stocked items.
  11. The natural timber products we use may expand / contract; develop natural patina or surface splits over time.
  12. Metal Surfaces may rust or develop natural patina over time.
  13. Delivery fees are based on the expectation of reasonable access at delivery site. Further charges may be payable on or after delivery if access is not deemed reasonable.
  14. Delivery times are approximate and delays may occur without prior notice.
  15. Warranties and T&Cs can be updated at any time without subject to notice.
  16. We may use your contact details to provide marketing information, offers and newsletter about our products and / or events.
