Returns & Refunds
However, should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You must contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault.
Fault / Defects: Unlike other brands, all our products involve an extensive use of hand made process of manufacturing & finishing.
It is likely that finish / stain / colour / fabric / dimensions on product delivered may be different than what is photographed & mentioned on our websites.
This difference, if it may occur, does not classify as defect and hence will not be accepted for Returns and Refund.
Note: With time and use, all materials will endure some form of wear and tear and / or natural patina. Please refer to our Product Care & Warranty section for more information on how best to look after your purchase.
All custom / special orders are final sale and are not eligible for any return, refund, or exchange.
Products sold as Ex-display from the showroom / warehouse floor are sold on a “Final Sale” basis. Returns, refund, exchanges or warranty for “As- is”, “Display Stock” or “Final Sale” product will not be accepted.
