Returns & Exchange


What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased & delivered within 14 days.
  • All tags attached.
  • Packaging is intact.
  • Unused products.
  • Item is returned within 14 days of delivery.


What items are non-returnable?

  • Items marked as Sale / Clearance.
  • Free gifts or promotional items which may have a retail value.
  • Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a      shipping error.
  • Vintage Second-hand, Antique and / or recycled Products.

Returns will be accepted for items within 14 days of purchase 

Sale / Clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned.

 All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused.

For returns, customers will receive an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus 30% re-stocking.

A shipping label will be generated and emailed to you after your request of a exchange is received. Please use this shipping label and attach it to original Box / Packaging your received.

On receiving your return goods, an On-line Store Credit will be issued to the value equivalent of your purchase less 30% re-stocking fees. This can take up to 7 – 10 working days AFTER returned goods are received and verified as unused by our warehouse team.

Eg: If your purchase value is $ 299 and you wish to return your order, your credit value for future online purchase will be for $ 209 ($ 299 less 30%)

Cost of Delivery is not refundable.


Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.


How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you will receive your store credit gift card typically within 7 - 10 working hours AFTER returned goods are received and verified as unused by our warehouse team. 


Do you offer a refund?

Due to nature of our product range, we are unable to process or honour a Refund request for the following reasons:

  • Our product is crafted and manufactured from recycled elements and are always hand finished and / or hand-made. Imperfection and Irregularities may occur and are characteristics of the handcrafted process.
  • Colours you see on a computer screen, printed-paper or on any other medium will always differ on the product you order and receive.
  • Timber Split, Scratch, Dent, Rust and other irregularities may appear on your product, especially if it’s recycled, Antique, Industrial and / or a Vintage second-hand product. These factors do not constitute the definition of “defect” or “wrong order” from our Product range
  • In the rare event where you receive a damaged product, we will consider your request for a refund AFTER cause of such damage is established. Most damages occur either during transportation, unloading and/or installation of goods. Our transport charges DOES NOT cover Transit Insurance of our order. If you wish to insure your product, please select Product Delivery Insurance at Checkout. Alternatively, get in touch with us via email before you make your purchase and we will guide you. Remember: There is an additional cost for insuring your order delivery.
